Our Run?Walk meet at Par running track carpark on Wednesdays at 6:30pm These sessions are free and are open to all abilities. Hopefully they will help anyone who always wanted to give running a go but didn’t know where to start or for anyone that has lost motivation, fitness or recovering from an injury.
Each week the sessions are held by our friendly run leaders who have many years experience and will help guide you to have a safe, enjoyable experience.
The goal is to build up your fitness and overall running speed/ distance and also have some fun along the way.
