Track Sessions

Same Goals, New Friends

We hold fully coached track sessions once a month at par running track.

Each session we will be working on:

  • Warm up for races

  • Drills to improve technique and performance

  • Endurance

  • Speed endurance

  • Cool down

  • Stretches

All of the above can be used in your own routine when your out running if you wish. 
The sessions will be held on the last Monday of every month starting at 6.30pm lasting an hour.
There will be a small fee payable for this as follows :PB club members £2 a session. As gesture to the local running community, all non club member are welcome to join us for a small fee of £3. PB running club will happily pay for the hire of the track for the session and  ALL fees collected will be given to a local of our choice at the end of the year.
We are holding the track sessions for the passion of running and not for profit. Everyone is welcome of all abilities to come along and give track a go.
